A service-focused business leader in Chicago, Leo Sfikas served as general manager of multiple Currie Motors Auto Group franchises from 2003 to 2020. Responsible for daily operations and strategic direction, he led each franchise to achieve a top-five regional ranking. Under Leo Sfikas’ leadership, Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort ranked among the top 100 Ford dealers nationwide in 2006 and earned a spot in the 100 Club seven years in a row. Additionally, the auto group was named the No. 1 F-Series Truck Dealer for 10 consecutive years.

Committed to creating a culture of service, Mr. Sfikas mentored and coached 220 employees on company procedures, industry practices, and sales principles. He also organized leadership workshops focused on boosting productivity. Before joining Currie Motors, Leo Sfikas was a general sales manager with Elmhurst Dodge, Schaumburg Jeep, and Arrow Chevrolet.

To give back to the community, Mr. Sfikas supports military veterans through car shows and fundraising events. He also supports the Folds of Honor Foundation, which provides scholarships for the families of fallen service members.
